• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual quota. • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. • Find decision makers within prospect accounts using research tools. • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails. • Schedule and coordinate deep dive discovery calls on qualified accounts between the Sales team and decision-makers at prospect accounts. • Effectively present our company to potential clients. • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services. • Articulate the value propositions of our products and services on phone calls and in emails. • Report account status to stakeholders/management at a regular cadence. • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans. • Maintain strong overall outreach activity levels to facilitate success (calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages). • Record all activity in CRM.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls). • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, cadence automation tools) and other tools. • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts). • Understanding of and ability to analyze sales performance metrics. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to deliver engaging presentations. • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field required. • 1+ year(s) of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a SAAS environment. • Demonstrated success of achieving quota as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a SaaS environment. • Experience selling software solutions with a preference for complex software solutions sales. • Working knowledge of developing and executing on outreach plans that result in engagement with decision makers. • Self-motivated and results-driven. • Enjoy working in a team environment. • Strong Knowledge of the eCommerce and CPG space is a big plus.
