Description
• Ensure all onboarding and support phase projects stay on track • Responsible for assigning tasks in a timely manner to all internal team members • Work with Client Success Managers to acquire assets from onboarding clients • Independently manage projects from start to finish, keeping projects moving and meeting deadlines. • Proactively identify bottlenecks in projects and take action to correct the problem to keep the project moving forward • Prepare and organize internal documents prior to an onboarding call and ensure documents stay updated throughout the onboarding phase • Create project plans and schedules for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that overall project deadlines are met
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years dental industry experience or knowledge • 3-5+ years of project management experience • Ability to lead and delegate complex tasks to team members • Experience with data input and case/task management • Experience with project management tools such as TaskRay, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms • Proficient with GSuite, Project Management software, and Salesforce or other CRM platforms • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize tasks, determine action items and to delegate them when appropriate • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed deadline expectations • Collaborative relationship builder • Ability to identify roadblocks and obstacles and strategize solutions to overcome them • Ability to effectively manage resources • Driven to deliver results
