Description

• Operations is the foundation of Snif’s ability to create, deliver, and support a high-end product and customer experience • Support the strategy, execution, and performance of the operations team’s function • Core metrics include demand and actual sales forecasts, inventory management, on-time delivery, and unit economics of each individual order • Will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with CX, Product Development, Marketing, and Creative teams • Fully remote team with possibility of 10-15% travel • Responsibilities include Demand Planning, Procurement and Purchasing, Supply Chain and Freight, Inventory Management, Fulfillment and Warehousing

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a data-forward support role; manufacturing or e-commerce/DTC/beauty retailer experience preferred • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Suite • Experience with 3PL, shipping retail, and e-commerce management platforms • Exceptional management and organizational skills • Eagerness to tackle challenges and navigate ambiguity • Insane attention to detail • Data-driven and able to translate data into actionable outcomes • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors • Curious, innovative, and constantly seeking improvement • Desire to work in a fast-growing startup environment
