Description

• Challenging the status quo by positioning Snorkel's differentiation and value to a technical buyer • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline • Strategic research based outbound prospecting and lead qualification • Close business to meet and exceed bookings objectives • Build and maintain specific relationships and org maps for territory • Develop a deep comprehension of prospect’s business • Work closely with cross-functional team • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms • Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency

Requirements

• Highly intelligent, self-aware, coachable, and resourceful • Strong communication skills • Success in closing business from outbound prospecting • Experience selling complex technology • Track record of overachievement • Sales Methodology training • Ability to build business case with prospect • Can articulate business value of enterprise technology • Skilled in building business champions • Strong Discovery, Objection Handling, negotiating and Closing Skills • Driven and have met/exceeded direct sales goals • Experience working for an innovative high growth tech company
