Description

• At Softrams, we take pride in building & delivering human centered usable digital services for our users and stakeholders. • We build small self-reliant teams and empower them to design, develop and deliver products with emphasizing end to end user experience. • This role will be focused on interactive and virtual event support, including the development of visually compelling content. • The position will assist in the execution of the overall communications strategy and implementation plan to inform, educate, engage, and develop. • This includes efficiently creating and measuring the effectiveness of a variety of communications, to include; fact sheets, social media, PowerPoint presentations, videos, infographics, and topical articles.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation. • Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States. • Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years. • Three years of professional experience managing strategic communications emphasizing supporting government and public sector communications activities. • Experience in strategic planning, audience identification, engagement and assessment with measurable impact. • Experience in managing projects that are cross-cutting across various stakeholders with specific results and deadlines. • Must demonstrate superior oral and writing skills as well as outstanding project management abilities. • Experience producing case studies • Strategic communications on large (50+ employee) federal agile development programs • Change management expertise
