• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, MBA is preferred • 6+ years of current experience in global marketing in the beauty sector • 3+ year of experience in the Skincare and/or Body Care category; OTC experience is preferred • Potent blend of strategic, creative, and analytic skills • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter with a trend-hunting mindset • Positive attitude • Experience managing & developing direct report(s)
