• Collect, clean, and maintain data from various systems to make sure everything is accurate and up-to-date. • Figure out ways to make yours and everyone else’s lives easier by leveraging automation tools to manage and optimize our CRM. • Create reports and dashboards that track key metrics like revenue, sales performance, and marketing success. • Help design and implement processes that make our teams more efficient and effective. • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to align strategies and streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Have 1-2 years of experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, analytics, finance, business/sales operations, sales strategy, or related fields. • Love digging into data, finding patterns, and making recommendations based on your insights. • Are comfortable with Sheets and with CRM systems like Salesforce. • Enjoy finding ways to use tools to make work better for you and everyone around you. • Have a keen eye for detail and are committed to ensuring data accuracy in everything you do. • Enjoy tackling challenges and coming up with creative solutions. • Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with different teams to achieve common goals.
