Description

• Lead the development and execution of SoundCloud’s internal communications strategy • Partner with senior leadership and SoundCloud’s People team to drive internal communications across the company • Foster a strong culture of collaboration, inclusion and connectivity by engaging, informing and inspiring employees.

Requirements

• 8+ years of internal communications experience with a brand or at an agency • Excellent written and verbal cross-cultural communicator • Exceptional design and branding acumen • Strong project management with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Experience leading an internal communications strategy in a global environment • Comfortable working with and providing guidance and feedback to senior executives • Experienced at designing presentations, videos and creative collateral • Able to work independently, exercise good judgment, adapt quickly and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Able to work effectively across multiple functions to develop, manage and drive internal communications narratives. • Able to organize and structure complex amounts of information • Experienced with content management systems or intranets • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills are essential as well as an eye for detail, design and internal and employer marketing/branding.
