Description
• Lead customer solution design, integration support, and contribute to product strategy. • Collaborate with sales and customer success to define next-generation enterprise experiences. • Support customers during integration testing and triage blockers with Product and Engineering.
Requirements
• 10+ years experience in a hands-on Solutions Architecture or Solutions Consulting role. • Experience integrating and launching enterprise customers onto B2B SaaS solutions. • Experience scoping, designing, and testing integrations for Enterprise software, including common ERP and data lake solutions. • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, work within a cross-functional team, and across multiple partners and geographies to deliver project outcomes. • Experience with virtual and on-site customer and prospect presentation skills, including articulating solution value and competitive differentiators. • Passionate and technical problem solver with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs. • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) at all levels of an organization.
