Description

• Account Coordinators handle and oversee a wide variety of day-to-day activity in support of their account teams. • Support multiple clients simultaneously and manage multiple client projects and deliverables. • Own and drive delivery of cover letters, status reports, coverage reports and team trackers. • Develop briefing sheets, as well as speaking, award and editorial calendars. • Begin to develop and maintain strong industry relationships with media, analysts and other influencers. • Interact with clients regularly in meetings and calls. • Effectively coordinate and work both up and down within teams. • Contribute to new business pitches through research and brainstorming. • Track client billable time daily.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with some internship experience in public relations, marketing and/or communications • Ability to multi-task and manage projects from start to finish • Creative and a self-starter • Strong writing skills – able to develop great pitches, press releases, PR plans, etc., and deliver client ready material • Experience with tech clients and understanding of the tech landscape • Solid relationships with press, and a proven track record of great coverage • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills • Enthusiastic contributor who can come up with great ideas.
