Description

• Splash Financial is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee the Finance and Accounting. • This critical department helps Splash develop and execute on its growth strategy by driving financial visibility and accountability, built on strong analysis and data. • This is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, innovative company!

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience, ideally in corporate finance, investment banking, investment management, or consulting. FP&A experience a plus • Experience building three statement operating models mandatory • Highly analytical with an ability to create and execute independent analysis • Excellent problem solver with a creative mind • Extremely fast learner and very detail oriented • Experience preparing and presenting information to key decision makers • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • You iterate, because you understand that sometimes a good solution now is better than a perfect solution next month • You are excited about the impact you can have on our team • You are excited to work at a company that helps people • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent knowledge (CFA, FP&A experience, Investment analyst)
