Description

• Splash Financial is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to lead data analysis and insights. • The role will build out a new analytics function that covers the entire company. • This position involves mastering and analyzing the borrower funnel for optimization. • You will define KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and success. • The role requires collaboration with various teams to measure and drive strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a probably-quantitative field: business, finance, data, economics or a related field. Any degree works, realistically. • 5+ years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, strategic finance, business operations, or related fields — preferably in a fintech or consumer marketplace company. We do not have a strict requirement on past roles. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate messages that link business issues, financial results, and strategy. • Ability to independently validate large data sets with proven ability to organize and interpret data to surface insights. • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, python and spreadsheet tools is critical for the role. • Experience setting up and analyzing A/B tests. • You're entrepreneurial and have a track record of being able to identify issues and develop creative solutions with limited guidance, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances. • Expertise in top-of-funnel analysis, revenue analytics, statistical forecasting. • You're detail-oriented and organized, focused on efficiency and accuracy and always looking to implement better solutions.
