Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex and high-impact design projects. • The ability to solve complex design problems, creating simple and impactful solutions. • A holistic, analytical decision-making process that incorporates user goals, business goals, technical constraints, and inputs such as data, user research, and intuition. • The ability to work quickly and be scrappy, autonomous, and collaborative. • Great intuition for visual and interaction design. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions. • Experience with AI, analytics, or user research products a bonus.
