Description

• Manage a personal book of business of clients and prospects in developing and implementing custom mental health strategies throughout the entire sales cycle and through implementation. • Support ongoing Spring Health clinical program improvements/refinement from strategy, to ideation, to development and implementation. • Represent Spring in market-facing events such as seminars, conferences, trainings, webinars, and media appearances.

Requirements

• Actively licensed, master’s level mental health clinician (ex. LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC etc). • Significant experience with employee benefit programs/health plans/benefits consulting. • Deep subject matter expertise in Mental Health and EAP programs. • Deep subject matter expertise in MHPAEA, ERISA, and other relevant healthcare regulations/requirements. • Excitement about working in a rapidly changing organization. • Ability to create and deliver “client ready” content with minimal direction. • Excellent communication/collaboration skills. • Excellent presentation skills.
