Description

• Manage end-to-end production tasks, such as campaign creation, list segmentation, QA, and deployment. • Work closely with key stakeholders to operationalize both ad hoc and automated campaign requests. • Partner with the Global Customer Marketing Lead to localize lifecycle emails. • Monitor campaign automation process to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years in email marketing, campaign operations, or a similar role. • Ability to work autonomously; comfortable building end-to-end campaigns/assets in standard MarTech. • Basic understanding of email best practices. • HTML experience a plus. • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines. • Clear, thorough communicator. • A passion for mental health with a key focus on always putting our members first. • Flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity or change. • An obsession with detail. • A strong collaborator, ready to make an immediate impact. • Humble, hungry, and honest.
