Description
• Spring’s community presence is critical to our growth and engagement strategy. • This individual will have the opportunity to shape the Spring experience for patients. • We are looking for a creative, energetic individual with strategic and hands-on skills. • Previous community building, brand marketing, or sales experience preferred. • Organize staff and key volunteers needed to ensure successful events. • Maintain patient gifting & experience program, including post-procedure gifting.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • 2 years minimum experience working in events or community marketing role. • Strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence • Ability to work both independently in the field and within a larger team • Proven track record of successful relationship building and ability to meet productivity targets • Strong attention to detail, excellent judgement, communication and organizational skills • Experience working within Salesforce or other CRM platforms a plus
