• Create rational, articulable, elegant solutions to complex problems. • Think holistically about the user journey and product ecosystem. • Design concepts for the platform that are usable, educational, and relevant. • Build high quality solutions that affects the strategy. • You will drive work from discovery and concept through detailed design and delivery. • Be data-driven and have an interest in measuring and improving the experience. • Contribute to OKRs, product strategy, vision, and roadmap by working closely with PM and Engineering partners • Help define key metrics in order to track success and business impact • Maintain clear team alignment around goals and priorities • Partner with user research and testing, ensuring usability and product consistency • Collaborate with our Design Systems team to ensure your work integrates into our ecosystem • Love talking to users and looking at data in equal measure

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design • Simplifies complex data into actionable design tasks • Proficient in Figma and prototyping both large concepts and micro-interactions • Strong visual design expertise in consistency, color, typography, and animation • Experience with UX methodologies for complex systems (service blueprints, user journeys, usability testing) • Systems approach to designing large concepts and micro-interactions • Effective at storytelling and tailoring presentations for different audiences • Passionate about impactful design, staying current with trends • Provides thought leadership and aligns design with brand voice
