Description

• Full ownership of the design and maintenance the components, UI patterns, and documentation for Whop’s design system and component library. • Work side-by-side with product designers, engineers, writers, and other stakeholders from around the company to develop the tools and processes they need to build world-class user experiences. • Write documentation and usage guidelines that teach designers and engineers how to use components and patterns across design and code. • Partner with other product designers and engineers to create high quality user experiences across different product areas, geographies, and platforms. • Uphold Whop’s high standards for design and product quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing product design, user experience design, and visual design skills. • Extensive knowledge and experience with Figma variables, tokens and libraries. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and interaction design. • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to inform design decisions. • Very strong comprehension of web and mobile design constraints, including responsive design and accessibility best practices. • Experience working at a startup (preferred).
