• 6-8 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) administration and functionality • Experience with sales enablement strategies and tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
