Description
• Drive exploration and development of strategic products at Stack Overflow. • Partner with teams to evaluate and scale high-impact products. • Work with marketing to define product competition. • Collaborate with external partners on product integrations. • Plot the course for Stack Overflow for future technologists.
Requirements
• 4+ years of product management. • Experience in Product MVP development, innovation, and/or strategic initiatives, including working with marketing, engineering, and other cross-functional partners. • A track record of and a desire to operate in a greenfield environment, building new teams, frameworks, and processes. Make decisions quickly and iterate as you learn and progress. • Ability to objectively leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate the benefits and risks of products progressing through the product development pipeline. • Experience with usability testing, A/B tests, interviewing, and other common forms of early-stage product testing and discovery. • An understanding of the technical, design, and UX implications of your functional requirements. • Excellent writing, visual, and verbal communication skills, as well as a clear ability to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable pieces or compelling narratives. • Robust and adaptive collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate conflicting needs and orient outcomes that work for a broad range of stakeholders. • Excitement to work on and/or learn quickly about data products and/or AI-driven solutions, including partnerships with teams of data scientists.
