• Play a key role as a FP&A business partner to the Merchandising Buying and Planning team
• Responsible for creating and updating reports, forecasts, and financial models
• Generate impactful business insights
• Manage and track financial performance against annual budget
• Analyze variances to plan and forecast
• Participate in cross-functional projects for process improvement
• Prepare monthly financial review presentations
• Drive ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling
• Evolve tools, enhance existing reporting, and improve business processes
