Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead product management for Financial Systems domain
• Drive discovery and business case development for financial systems platforms
• Develop clear product vision and secure alignment among leadership
• Communicate product roadmap to stakeholders

• Manage all aspects of Stitch Fix’s equity programs
• Manage all participant equity plan transactions (grants, exercises, terminations, leaves, etc.) and ensure that they are correctly processed by our equity systems vendor, which is currently Schwab
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvements and process changes to our equity programs and the stock administration function
• Work closely with outside service providers, including Schwab and Equiniti, our transfer agent
• Partner with our Accounting, Payroll, Finance, Legal, People & Culture and Compensation teams
• Provide analysis and modeling in collaboration with our Compensation team
• Drive communication to employees regarding equity awards programs, policies, and program changes
• Prepare Section 16 reporting and other SEC disclosures, support other reporting requirements
• Prepare and reconcile quarterly and ad-hoc custom reports on share plan activity; maintain company capitalization table
• Maintain supporting documents for internal/external SOX auditors and respond accurately, thoroughly and timely to requests for data
• Manage Company 10b5-1 plans, prepare legal opinions for transactions
• Manage the equity grant approval process with the CEO and Compensation Committee
• Monitor trading window dates and pre-clearance for stock trades for certain directors and officers

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers creating an environment of teamwork, trust, and mutual success
• Define the product strategy and roadmap for client acquisition and onboarding, including introducing rich video and community content to enhance our daily active experience
• Ideate, define, manage, and execute on the product strategy for client acquisition and onboarding elevating Stitchfix to be the best client support organization.
