Project Manager

Lead multiple client projects ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction.

• Create and manage project timelines to set agency and client expectations on timelines and day-to-day workflow.
• Communicate project requirements and all supporting specifications to creative teams at project kick-off.
• Ensure projects stay on track, flagging and communicating potential risks to the account team, as necessary.
• Drive projects to ensure project progress according to tight timelines.
• Manage and track OOP budgets, working closely with the internal finance team and external partners (i.e. MMG).
• Monitor creative teams to ensure work is being developed on time and per deliverables outlined in brief.
• Serve as liaison between business leadership team, creative teams, design, strategy teams.
