• Define product strategy and roadmap for growing Stripe’s Global Payments and Treasury Network • Lead and grow a team of product managers across multiple geographies • Drive technical strategy for building out internal systems • Own and grow one of the company’s largest P&Ls
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in a product role and / or finance role • Background in finance, fintech, or global payments • Experience leading products that require coordination of many stakeholders and cross functional teams • Experience developing a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale products • Experience hiring, managing, and building high-performing customer-focused Product Management teams in multiple continents • Very strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
