Description
• Oversee the financial annual accounts, external audits, and corporate tax compliance. • Build and guide the finance team, partner closely with local management, and ensure regulatory compliance and robust internal controls. • Manage cash flow, support budgeting, and forecasting, and maintain accurate financial administration.
Requirements
• Motivated to make a meaningful impact and bring value to the organization. • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a hands-on approach, aligned with the business’s growth ambitions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in Excel. • Certified CPA or CA with 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the commodity trading sector. • Independent and proactive, thriving in environments with limited guidance.
