Description

• Responsible for handling the daily management of 8 to 15 customer service representatives. • Ensuring outstanding customer service and maximizing customer satisfaction. • Managing annual departmental expenses within approved budget. • Providing ongoing supervision, training, coaching, and overall direction to customer service personnel. • Conducting periodic performance reviews. • Developing knowledge of customer accounts serviced. • Communicating and coordinating effectively with all SunSource departments. • Demonstrating broad understanding of SunSource technology/service offerings and proficiency in related areas.

Requirements

• B.S required, or a combination of experience and education in lieu of formal degree. • 6 or more years of customer service experience. • Successful track record of handling all types of customer accounts. • 2 or more years managing as a supervisor or working in a lead position is desirable. • Strong communication, management, and selling skills. • Proficiency with software programs related to customer service. • Ability to sit for long periods of time utilizing computer and telephone.
