• Sunnova is an industry-leading adaptive energy services company focused on making clean energy more accessible, reliable, and affordable for homeowners and businesses. • Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns and improve efficiencies of the lead program to increase new acquisition. • Design, build, and execute campaigns to acquire, nurture, and convert leads for solar services.

Requirements

• Education required: B.S. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or another related field • Minimum years of experience required: 7 or more years in marketing, with previous experience developing a successful lead generation and nurturing program • Hands-on experience with building, managing & deploying campaigns from Campaign Management & Automation Platforms such as Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Marketo • Advanced skills in digital marketing, email marketing, and direct mail • Success working with a dealer channel • Previous experience in a subscription-services business • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, URL structure & parameters, and Content Management Systems (CMS). • Experience with data analysis from Salesforce, Google and Bing Ads, Marketing Cloud (email metrics), Facebook, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and similar marketing technology platforms • Expertise in running and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns • Comfortable with data analyses including database segmentation and web analytics • Strong business acumen and results-oriented • Strong project management skills and attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable working cross-functionally • Critical interpersonal attributes include: o Ability to adjust to fast-paced environment and shifting priorities o Passion for problem-solving, learning and educating others o Collaborative team player, with an optimistic, positive energy o Thorough, detailed as well as nimble, agile execution o Ownership and accountability for results and delivery o Passion for revenue and growth
