Plaintiff's side employment law firm is looking for a talented litigator with five or more years of experience. Prior required litigation experience will include: • Substantive law and motion practice; • Conducting and defending depositions (parties, witnesses, experts); • Drafting discovery and related motions; • Court appearances; and • Settlement negotiations.
