Description

• Take ownership of all current growth-related tasks: Content, SEO, lead generation, (through signups and other touch points), and managing and growing our community (~5K developers). • Manage a team of 4-5 people and work directly with the CEO. • Running new growth experiment. For example, Devtool partnerships, deciding events and conferences the team should attend, paid ads, organising SuperTokens branded events etc. • Measure and iterate (What are the outcomes, should we continue doing this?).

Requirements

• Technical CS background demonstrated through formal or information education or any previous job experience. • Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in growth roles. • Great written and verbal communication (English). • Deeply analytical and able to think from first principles. • Bonus: Worked with a devtools company or B2B PLG companies. • The most important aspect is your attitude, mindset, hunger to succeed and work ethic.
