Project Manager

Support clinical trials with project delivery for sophisticated IRT solutions.

• Work as part of a cross-functional project team responsible for the delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management in clinical trials
• Support the Services Delivery project team in:
• Liaising with the client to discuss requirements, handle issues, provide status updates, and answer questions
• Designing the IRT solution to meet the study requirements based on the clinical protocol, Suvoda proposal and discussions with the client
• Accurately and completely documenting all requirements and participating in internal and external specification review meetings
• Assisting with client review meetings of IRT specifications and supporting documents, making any required updates
• Managing project schedules and scope, tracking all internal and client tasks required to meet project milestones

• Providing protocol-specific support to the client and support team after go-live

• Provide system training to end-users using in-person meetings, web meetings, and user manuals
• Provide telephone and email support to system users globally
• Travel to client sites to attend meetings and conduct user training sessions

Ensure integrity of clinical trial software and compliance with testing protocols.

• Ensure the correct functioning of clinical trial software with focus on patient safety and integrity of clinical study data
• Verify that requirements are clear, testable, and consistent with the clinical trial protocol
• Ensure all activities and deliverables comply with Suvoda processes and procedures
• Develop validation plans according to a risk-based testing methodology
• Author and/or manage the completion of all validation related deliverables on each project

• Coordinate and monitor all testing tasks on a new study build or change control

• Serve as main point of contact for all testing-related requests and questions on a project
• Ensure on-time delivery of assigned new study builds with a focus on quality and risk management

Close new eCOA business with Top CROs in the healthcare industry.

• Identify and close new eCOA business within assigned accounts (Top CROs)
• Manage the sales process, from identification of a new opportunity through proposal, award, negotiation of price and contract terms, and deal close
• Manage the response to any Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Requests for Information (RFI) with assigned accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts
• Organize and lead client meetings for initial capabilities presentations, bid defenses,
• Serve as escalation point for clients as well as client’s primary point of contact for mid-study change orders
• Drive the governance process with assigned strategic accounts, working with services management and the executive team as needed
• Attend conferences and other industry events, representing the Suvoda brand, and identifying new opportunities
• Work closely with Marketing Department to develop specific eCOA initiatives (Campaigns, collaterals, dedicated conferences)
• Generate new leads, and identify potential deals and partnership opportunities

• Collaborate with Product Management Department on Strategic Roadmap needs collected from both Accounts and Prospects
