Description
• Be a strong individual contributor, deploying high quality production code in a fast-paced environment. • Build new features while providing a great developer experience for our customers. • Help the team scale the product while ensuring stability and high availability. • Help the team with technical challenges and successful completion of tasks. • Help organize the team, planning sprints, delegating tasks, and organizing goals, while maintaining a high team velocity as the team increases in size.
Requirements
• Be a 10x engineer looking to do great work. • Excellent technical, architectural (system design), diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. • Have strong leadership and organizational abilities. • Experience with the technologies we use in the backend and infrastructure such as: Rust, Postgres, Redis, and Terraform.
