• Lead consulting engagements with clients by bringing your expertise in organizational science principles and analysis to help our clients frame problems, answer questions, and design solutions to improve the associate experience • Lead business development efforts by identifying opportunities for clients, developing proposals and new offerings, and delivering client presentations. • Help build and drive key solutions for our customers partners by working in close collaboration with our Strategic Consulting, Data Science and Product teams. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, client engagement, and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives. • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential opportunities and track progress through various stages of the sales and consulting cycle. Utilize CRM system (Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively. • You feel a deep personal connection to develop meaningful solutions to our clients’ organization and people analytics challenges by applying your organizational science knowledge in a mission-driven way • Partner with Strategic Consulting team members and our clients and teams to design experiments to help our clients understand underlying drivers that impact their specific problems • Analyze the specifics of our clients’ problems/issues and combine those insights with the latest thinking in organizational science and/or data methods to help our clients make data-driven, informed decisions and develop meaningful solutions. • Utilize workforce analytics tools and methodologies to analyze talent data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for workforce and talent strategy. • Demonstrate a proven track record of decision making and problem solving based in analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation. Identify opportunities for improvement and use data to make strategic and tactical recommendations. • Develop and test hypotheses, design solutions, assess operational feasibility, support implementation efforts, and develop plans and tools for monitoring outcomes • Drive for results and achieve important goals; apply strong organizational skills, statistical acumen, analysis and detail orientation, even in ambiguous situations. • Develop and maintain a strong personal brand as a thought leader in the industry through speaking engagements and participation in relevant forums or conferences and generate leads. • Provide thought leadership and stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in global people analytics. • Produce compelling content such as whitepapers, articles, case studies, and participate in panel discussions that showcase innovative ideas and insights. • Analyze market data to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential client opportunities. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and continuously identifying opportunities for value creation or expansion of engagements in the people analytics space. • Act as a primary point of contact for your analytics aligned engagements, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively. • Collaborate with our team of consultants to holistically cover client projects as it relates to your area of expertise. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, commercial, and client engagement) to develop and deliver customized solutions including talent analytics, strategic workforce planning, skills analysis, talent stats and benchmarks, DEI data strategy, and talent engagement/retention analytics insights. • Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and thought leadership within the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience providing data science or people analytics solutions within HR organizations or HR clients • 3+ years of experience using SQL working with relational databases and data warehousing • 3+ years of experience in Python or R conducting statistical analysis or developing advanced models • Strong understanding of statistical concepts (correlation, regression, T-test, ANOVA), research methods and experimental design • Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or technical advanced degree preferred • Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills, including visualization skills (i.e., able to “tell the story” and highlight key insights in a clear and concise manner that is easily understood by stakeholders)
