• Hold overall responsibility for leading and managing the Health + Wellness division • Deliver and manage $5MM in fee revenue annually • Manage a team of 20+ employees • Inspire creativity and improve work quality • Showcase ability to navigate ideas and excite clients • Serve as a thought leader and trusted senior client counselor • Collaborate to deliver on overall agency objectives • Work to identify and realize new business opportunities • Set and execute strategy for a large portfolio • Motivate and inspire direct reports to deliver on objectives • Connect with senior leads to share best practices • Demonstrate ongoing interest and engagement in agency success

Requirements

• Experience leading businesses and teams at communications agencies • Consumer health experience is a must • Background in pharma communications is a plus
