• Prepare, review and analyze financial statements • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Manage Accounts Payable function • Research technical accounting matters • Collaborate with FP&A on financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting • Work with external advisors on technical matters • Manage state, federal tax filings and corporate reporting • Coordinate activities of independent auditors • Propose efficiency improvements in accounting processes • Production of periodic and ad hoc reporting • Assist with treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline • CPA required • 4-6 years of relevant progressive accounting experience; public accounting and/or PCAOB experience preferred • Hands-on approach with attention to detail • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Experience with IFRS preferred • Experience with COSO 2013 and SOX preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities & deadlines • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with explicit proficiency in Excel • Proficiency with accounting and finance ERPs preferred (Sage Intacct)
