Description

• Develop and execute a strategic partnerships plan to identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities with key stakeholders at health plans, third-party administrators (TPAs) and Care Navigation organizations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including employee assistance programs, payers, and other relevant organizations. • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with Tava Health's objectives and ensure a win-win outcome for all parties involved. • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for Tava Health in the mental health industry, representing the company at conferences, events, and industry forums. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments. • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives. • Maintain a deep understanding of Tava Health's products and services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry. • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, health systems, employers, payers, or other relevant organizations. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to drive mutually beneficial outcomes. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence key stakeholders. • Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and identify partnership opportunities that align with business objectives. • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results, with a strong sense of accountability.
