Description

• Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts for B2B Advertising and B2B Sports Organization lines of business. • Analyze historical data and market trends to create reliable and actionable forecasting models. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure forecasts align with company objectives. • Identify, track, and analyze key revenue drivers across both lines of business. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health of the business and uncover opportunities for growth. • Create and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into revenue performance for key stakeholders. • Deliver regular reports and presentations to executive leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and initiatives. • Refine and improve forecasting methodologies and key driver tracking processes. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive. • Proactively identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a revenue operations, financial analysis, or similar role within a B2B environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Proficiency in forecasting tools and software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, BI tools). • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in the B2B advertising or sports organization industries is highly desirable.
