Description
• Establish and build out a corporate accounting function including tax and treasury • Set accounting policy according to GAAP • Responsible for financial reporting, internal controls, audit, and accounting operations
Requirements
• 10+ years in an accounting leadership role • At least four years of public accounting experience • Prior controller experience • Certified Public Accountant • Experience with Financial Systems and administration • Middle Market or Private Equity experience • Experience with business process improvement and implementation • A team leader with strong executive communication skills • Track record of team development and improvement • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment • High work ethic and self-initiative • Ability to maintain calm and professional demeanor • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite • Some travel may be required
