Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive adoption and growth of our care coordination and population health management solutions. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable marketing plans. • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align marketing strategies with product development and sales objectives. • Define and articulate clear, compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target audiences, including healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders. • Create and maintain a suite of marketing collateral, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and website content. • Lead demand generation efforts, including digital marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other lead generation activities. • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. • Develop and nurture relationships with key customers and industry influencers to gather feedback, drive product improvements, and create advocates for our solutions. • Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and establish thought leadership.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field is required; MBA preferred • Minimum of six (6) years of professional work experience in a multi-tenant platform service/SaaS company environment, with a focus on care coordination and population health management solutions • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement. • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including key industry trends, regulatory environment, and the needs of healthcare providers and payers. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms. • Experience with product launches and go-to-market strategies for healthcare IT solutions. • Knowledge of healthcare data analytics and value-based care models. • Established network of industry contacts and thought leaders in the healthcare IT space. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with a service-oriented attitude in a team environment.
