Description
•Provide strategic direction and leadership for the program. •Develop and execute program plans, including goals, objectives, and milestones. •Manage schedules and teams to deliver products and services on time and on schedule.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). •Proven experience in program management, including managing a portfolio of projects. •Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies. •Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate a team. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. •Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. •Proven track record of successful program delivery. •Proficiency in project management software and tools. •Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team. •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once, with a focus on results and attention to detail.
