Description
• Administer the compliance program for Toast Capital commercial lending • Support identification of issues and track remediation • Conduct marketing material reviews and manage status of submissions • Participate in testing exercises and audits • Perform regulatory training updates and revisions • Monitor regulatory changes and maintain policy library • Support vendor management and program complaint management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience, or advanced degree without experience, or 6+ years equivalent work experience • Experience in a compliance, audit, or testing role at a fintech • Ability to read and apply complex regulatory language
