Description

• Meet or exceed monthly upsell and new merchant account goals. • Upgrades and Upselling: Educate current and prospective customers on enhanced features and payment processing that creates more value for the customer • Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations, to better understand the customers' needs, and determine if our solution is the best solution for their business. • Diligently document prospect information and communications appropriately in Salesforce. • Travel to represent our company and industry tradeshows (3-4 times per year)

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of software sales experience • B2B success is highly preferred. • A strong work ethic and the internal desire to be successful while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment • Strong ability to learn new software solutions • Working knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management Systems), knowledge of Salesforce is a plus • Knowledge and passion for the dance industry is a plus • Ability to explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills • Proven record of accomplishment of outstanding performance and achieving goals
