• This part-time Assistant's responsibilities include day-to-day support of their sales team member which includes: • Manages the sales professional's social & business media - LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook; strategizes on ways to reach existing and new clients • Communicates regularly with sales professional; meets regularly with sales professional for setting goals • Supports the sales efforts of the sales professional • Prospects new clients using internet and social media applications • Enters referrals into CRM and locates information • Sends introductory and promotional messages • Creates call lists/hot lists • Maintains a professional image to interface with corporate clients

Requirements

• Social media savviness (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) • Confident, independent worker • Photography background preferred • Strong communication skills (verbal and written, plus listening skills) • Extraordinary organizational and time management skills • Professional customer service skills • Proficient using multiple forms of technology (Google Drive products, Microsoft products, etc.) • Motivated to tackle challenges • Experience with a sales-oriented environment is a plus!
