Provide exceptional instruction in accordance with Team Rubicon Standards.

• Ensure safety, accountability, and instructional consistency of assigned program
• Provide Safety Officer admin support to training teams across the TR nation
• Deploy to Team Rubicon training events or operations as assigned, to provide in-person instruction and mentorship
• Maintain instructor certification requirements and stay up to date on organizational training materials for certificate-yielding courses
• Teach Train-the-Trainers
• Gather instructor input on curriculum revision
• Mentor Safety Officer instructors and grow TR’s ability to deliver training nationwide
• Available to attend scheduled weekly meetings with the Instructor Development team
• Available to travel 10% of the year
