• Managing and overseeing operations • Acting as a liaison between client program managers and vehicle specialists/operators • Coordinating, monitoring, and supervising subordinates • Responding to system emergencies, incidents, and customer complaints • Overseeing daily operations and coordinating activities of program • Maintaining high standard of safety across the program/team
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 2 or more years of Operations experience in leading teams • Ability to use a computer for report generation • Understanding system operating rules, regulations, policies, phases, and routes • Good written and oral communication skills • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
