Description

• Lead and deliver testing services using industry standards and best practices • Build and establish the overall QA process • Mentor QA junior personnel • Assist in general application support • Manage relationships with business owners, software vendors, auditors, and other internal IT teams • Assess and develop understanding of customer’s testing needs • Maintain hands-on involvement in test execution, automation, and risk analysis • Build and support automated testing frameworks • Deliver quality work internally and at customer site • Maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders • Participate in project team meetings • Ability to travel moderately • Additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Capable of executing and completing projects within negotiated time, scope, and budget • Skilled at evaluating processes and making recommendations • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and TOSCA • SAP experience • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated leader • Capable of prioritizing tasks in a high-pressure environment • Able to facilitate open discussion and debate • Experience in Agile and traditional development environments • Experience in automated testing with tools like Selenium, UFT, TOSCA • Hands-on technical expertise in programming and system protocols • Hands-on experience with SAP • Understanding of database concepts and SQL • Familiarity with API testing • Experience in business requirements analysis and test case design using tools like ALM, TFS, JIRA • Ability to document defects and track them to resolution using tools like JIRA, Quality Center, TFS • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Software Development and/or Quality Assurance
