Description

• Generate comprehensive financial reports, including P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, monitor costs, and recommend cost-saving strategies • Manage the relationship with our external accounting firm, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements. • Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. • Manage employee reimbursements and expense reports. • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts by forecasting revenue and expenses. • Partner with leadership to create and maintain a budget aligned with organizational goals. • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA a plus) • Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role • Proven experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and cost analysis • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
