• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming • Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse. • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in friendly conversation and recreational activities. • Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry • Escort clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation needs • Document daily activities, observations, and any changes in clients' conditions
• Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or have a valid Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate • High school diploma or equivalent • Successful completion of a formal training program approved by the state • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to follow instructions and work independently • Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients • Strong attention to detail and observational skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy
