Description
• As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of Insightly, including our CRM, marketing, and customer service platforms. • Manage the product roadmap, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. • Develop and evangelize a compelling product vision for Insightly, aligning with Unbounce’s overall strategy and the evolving needs of the MarTech industry. • Drive product discovery through market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong background in MarTech and CRM platforms. • Solid understanding of SaaS technologies and architectures, especially as they relate to CRM, MarTech, and customer service platform integration. • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to inform product decisions. • Deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by sales, marketing, and project teams, especially within the SMB market. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • A drive to learn, innovate, and make a real impact in the fast-paced world of MarTech and CRM.
