Description
• Perform factual analyses of existing and new products • Conduct legal research on current rules and regulations • Develop and implement various legal processes, policies, and playbooks • Support the legal team in advising the business and marketing on laws and regulations as they apply to crypto • Review and respond to law enforcement requests and subpoenas • Collaborate collegially and supportively with other members of the legal team
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills; establishes and maintains strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders • Team player with the ability to work independently • Highly organized and proactive; capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
