Description
• Manage creative staff to enhance membership engagement on social media • Oversee content strategies and branding initiatives for UWD • Collaborate across departments for effective campaigns and responses
Requirements
• 5-6 years of experience in digital content creation and management • 3 years of experience managing creative teams • Proficiency with Adobe Suite and modern web design • General knowledge of CSS/HTML • Experience in video/graphic content creation focused on advocacy • Strong organizational and project management skills • Knowledge of immigrant rights’ policy and organizing landscape • Excellent writing and communication skills • Intersectional social justice analysis expertise
